Disappointing Flowers 2/13/2009

The flower arrangement I ordered for a funeral did not resemble the photo I reviewed for general fullness and size of arrangement. The order was not processed per the specifications and had to be fixed at the funeral home, and even after that, was below expectations. I paid over $150 for something that looked like it cost $50. The manager of the store was nice but the front desk staff acted as like helping me place this order was really a chore. I would not recommend this florist to anyone I know that wants to be satisfied with their purchase. Pros: nice manager Cons: high priced for what you get more

I had no problem with this florest and would, and have, recomended it to many of my friends and family. I feel bad that the other person had such a bad rap. Pros: frendly service, on time delivery, beautiful flowers more
