Three Brothers From Italy, despite its casual location on the Boardwalk in Seaside Heights, simply has THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD! That's no exaggeration. I've lived in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, California, Texas, Wisconsin, and Florida. I've had pizza in Manhattan, Boston, San Francisco, Rome and even the Isle of Capri (the 2nd BEST pizza in the world!) But no one matches Three Brothers. Where they excel is their crust, with its rough, sandpaper-like texture on the bottom, received from picking up fine particles of cornmeal and being baked directly on the stone, and just the right amount of high-quality cheese and seasoned just right. Of course, eating it while looking at the Atlantic Ocean and breathing in the salt air enhances the experience. If you live anywhere near Seaside Heights you don't know how lucky you are!
