The repairs were completed successfully and the technician was professional. I was presented with the likely charges on site prior to the repairs occuring...it was very expensive...

Heating & Air Conditioning 9/21/2011

I had a routine follow up service call (iniatiated by T&G) for the heating and air conditioning system installed about a year ago. I was going to disregard the the offer to have the service call. It was at no extra charge, included with the initial purchase. So glad I didn't blow them off. They were so professional, so coureous and VERY thorough! They reminded me of a few important things I had forgotton about. \r Looks like excellent management and excellent training goes on at this company! They don't employ just anybody to represent their business. more

Very expensive! 6/17/2008

The repairs were completed successfully and the technician was professional. I was presented with the likely charges on site prior to the repairs occuring...it was very expensive, but I had also waited 2 weeks for this appointment and went ahead thinking that my long list of repairs would likely take the entire day to accomplish .....making the expensive charges on the surface appropriate. After 3 hours the technician said he was finished - and he was! So basically I ended up paying over $300 per hour for plumbing repairs. I consider this outrageous..and as such would not recommend them. I think we need National Plumbing Care. Pros: work accomplished successfully and professionally Cons: No one should have to pay these rates for plumbing and I am a 20 year customer! more

This is by far the best furnace company I have dealt with. Their service people are polite and articulate. They even come out at 11:30PM on a Friday evening and stayed until almost 1:00 to ensure my furnace was working fine. I was so pleased I would use them again in an instant. Pros: Polite, Prompt, Hard-working more

wasted days 1/24/2006

Was told they would give an estimate and do work. We took the day off to be there. Guy came at 8:00 and gave an estimate, took our money and said he wouldn't be able to do work till Friday. Left. Now we have to take another day off work. I would never work with these idiots again. more

Responsive, Honest, Knowledgeable 1/24/2006

We had 2 crisis within 2 weeks this January. A furnace that stopped, and then the next Sunday the water heater burst. We wanted to change to a high-tech tankless water heater and had already gotten quotes. T & G was the middle price quote. They were able to get both systems up and running the next day. They had to conquer many issues (missing parts and no heat in our garage, where water heater is located). They worked from 8:30am to 7:30pm to assure we had hot water that day. Pros: Expert, Creative, Neat more
