Thornhill came out and did several projects for our house. I was more than pleased. They showed up on time, did what they were asked and cleaned up after themselves. I will have them back this fall for additional projects!!!! more

I am deducing that the bad reviews are from competitors, because Thornhill has an excellent reputation in the Nashville area and has done a stellar job of keeping all 3 of my companies' properties neat and well-kept. Greg, the owner, is very personable, responsive and professional. His rates are reasonable and he always goes beyond the limits of the contract to do an extra good job. I couldn't recommend him more highly. more

Horrible Customer Service & Dishonest 12/13/2009

If you want a good experience, I'd stay away from this company. They are absolutely horrible. They may be friendly on the front end but once you work with them they are the worst. They don't do the job they said they'd do, they are horrible with customer service and I'd never reccomend them to anyone. Pros: There are none! Cons: Dishonest, poor customer service, incomplete workmanship more

really poor service 5/8/2009

Please save yourself the headache and do not hire this company. They are poorly run and do keep promises. We have been fined by our neighborhood association for overgrown lawn many times even though we have been on the Thornhill mowing schedule. We have to call many times to try to get someone to come and mow and been told that we are not the only ones complaining. We have been consistently embarrassed since we hired this company and would not recommend it to anyone. more
