AN ABSOLUTELY HORRID APARTMENT COMPLEX. With over 12 years of apartment living between my boyfriend and I, we've never had an issue with apartment living, until moving into Thornhill Apartments. Thornhill delivers a pungent experience from the majority of inconsiderate residents and their visitors to the apartment's horridly unprofessional management. Maintenance is ridiculously slow, unless you know them. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors (above, below, next door) and all activity (legal and illegal). Saying that Thornhill management is rude, unqualified, and inactive would be a grave understatement. They speak to you like you are an idiot or as if you are inconveniencing them. Additionally, management never responds to an issue that you may be having, but simply tells you to move. The packages that you get through the mail are kept UNSECURELY in the front office, so anyone can pick up packages without ID. Rent keeps going up, but the quality of Thornhill and the residents who are moving in keeps declining (especially since the Regional Manager has decided to ""save money"" by doing away with background checks). Not to mention this new ""mandatory cable."" If you don't like it- you move. Management posted a notice around the buildings that if you do not want to get cable, you will be relieved from your lease. This says how much Thornhill cares about their residents.
