We find it unfortunate that you feel the need file a complaint against us since we truly wanted to help you. FOR EVERYONE READING HERE IS A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENED: Mr. Jay T called us asking about buying 15 sanitaire vacuums, He was going to receive a call back from Iris to see if she could work a better price for him. He didn't want to wait (understandable, I get like that too) so he calls back thinking that we were electrolux and telling us that we (thinking of electrolux) have so many complaints....after we got thru that and done explaining to him that we are think vacuums he wanted to know about how much it was for 15 sanitaire vacuums, obviously we were more than happy to help him with his order. After telling him the price he insisted that he could get it online $1 cheaper, we told him to please tell us the website so that we could match their price... he answers NO NO NO I want to speak to a supervisor... Pablo the CSR (one of our best and most liked) told him that he would match that price no problem... but that wasn't good enough... Pablo put a supervisor on the phone... Our supervisor got on the phone , you were very mad and talk down to him and DEMANDING that he give him a better price. We kindly explained that we could not and that we were sorry...simply put you wanted to get a better price and we were not able to meet the price that you wanted. We even offered your free accessories like belts and bags but you didn't want it. We were trying to help you but your were irate for no reason, you yelled and talked down to 3 of our employees and then you hung up on us. Why are you filing this? We care a lot about our customers and are very proactive to make sure that their expectations are met. Filing a complaint like this is malicious and is only meant to hurt a business.\r

BOTTOM LINE: We were not able to give you the price you wanted, so you yelled and hung up on our people who were trying to help you, and now your filing a complaint. NOTHING THAT WE COULD HAVE DONE EXCEPT LOSE MONEY WOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY. Im sorry but as a business sometimes we find that there are things that are out of our control, this is one them. We cant lose money filling an order, that's not how a successful business runs.
