The Upper Hand is the best salon I've found in Houston! Their staff is always very professional and they've made me feel comfortable since my very first visit. Katy is fantastic! Her cuts are great and her body waves are soft and natural. She always remembers my preferences and helps me decide the best trendy style for me. Definitely 5-Star Quality! Upper Hand is the BEST! 11/20/2009

Coming form a small town, I was very apprehensive about finding a place that could do my hair and nails, as I am ""very"" particular. There are so many salons in Houston to chose from, how do you chose? I walked into The Upper Hand and knew imediately I was in the right place. The staff is very courteous and professional and on the cutting edge with the latest styles, techniques, and products. Bryan does my hair and he is simply the best! Reiah sowa mt nails and I have never seen anyone who takes so much pride in her work and it shows. I would highly recommend anyone to this salon. I have going to The Upper Hand at Royal Oaks for about five years and am very pleased with everything about the salon. Jillian knows what I like and does a fantastic job coloring and styling my hair.
