The first time I went to The Upper Hand I was a little intimidated, being in River Oaks and all, but when I walked in I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Especially Kecia, the girl who did my hair treatment. She was wonderful!! Not only is my hair fabulous, but she was so lovely to chit chat with as well. I would deffinitely recommend this salon and Kecia to anyone looking for a great new do!! Pros: best color in town more
