Heavy meals with lots of carbs. Bread and pasta lovers will be in heaven. Institutional chicken breasts cheesed up and heavily sauced should appeal to the trucker in you. Kinda reminds me of a menu and decor thought up in the 70's by college kids. Pros: Big iced tea glasses. Cons: Uncomfortable seating, marginal food. more

Great value for the buck 1/7/2007

Great italian food for the dollar. Average entree $8-$10. Excellent flavor and portion size. We have been here twice and will be back. Wine prices seem higher than food (cheapest glass about $6). Don't expect fancy or nice inside. Just basic neighborhood restaurant that's a great value. The first time we went was in the summer time, and the ac was suspect, but this time (winter) inside temp was great. We had excellent service from our waitress. Worth trying.... Every dish I have tried there has been really great. The lasagna was wonderful. The traditional spaghetti and meatballs were great. Their breadsticks are hot and fresh. And, they have different takes on the same dishes if you want to try something new. I highly recommend it. more

Original Concept, Great Food 5/10/2006

The absolute best spaghetti this side of the Atlantic. I would love to try the pizza (based on the reviews), but after having tried the spaghetti w/ meat sauce, its just plain hard to pass it on the menu without ordering it. I love the this place because it is casual, and perfect for the family. The food is very good, and has a large menu to choose from. The stuffed mushrooms are a great appetizer, and I love the all the chicken dishes. The pizzas are great entrees also. more

This place is definitely worth checking out. Very laid back, casual atmosphere complete with a jukebox. The pizza really good - especially the The Ugly with a zesty tomatillo sauce - and all the pastas we have tried have been excellent. more

Great little place. We had a big group on a Saturday night and they accomodated us very well. You cannot go wrongh with the pastaman's special (unless you are expecting pasta). more

I like the restaurant. If you want a cheap, laid back place that is quirky, then Spaghetti Western is for you! If not you can cross the street and dance to some zydeco on the Weekends. I like the Spaghetti, Pizza, and the Crawfish Shrimp Pasta is good. Pros: Food, Location, Fun Cons: Small, Loud, Parking always full more

Can't Beat It! 7/31/2003

My husband and I have been coming to Spaghetti Western since it opened and have never been disappointed. The waitstaff is eclectic and fun and we have never had bad service, as a matter of fact there are a couple of servers that always remember our drink orders when we come in! The breadsticks are incredible and garlicky and the house salad is to die for. We have both tried various entrees and have never come away unhappy and the portions are rather large for the price. Great for the Money 7/25/2003

Being in a area that is somewhat known for fast, cheap and good (Jacks, Hoffbrau) Spaghetti Western still maanages to stand out. I have eaten there many times and reccommend the Bad Pizza. It has loads of cheese, meatballs, sausage and pepperoni. I have also never left without a to go box. The service tends to be somewhat slow and the service staff is unique but all in all they manage to pull it off. Also, make sure that you try one of the hot, fresh complimentary bread sticks. TIP: Go on Saturday for lunch. You won't have to wait. Pros: cheap, great food, good location Cons: slow service, parking lot is awful more

Great food - Good prices!!! 3/9/2003

I just recently found out about this place and I LOVE it! I've been about 4 times so far and I have not been disappointed yet. It alway seems pretty croweded, but I've never really had to wait more than just a few minutes. They have a ton of choices on the menu and always lots more specials. I still have to work my way through a lot of the dishes I want to try. Service has always been very good - even on busy nights. My only complaint - they're CLOSED on Sundays. more

What a place 10/18/2002

Just happened to run across this place, and WOW. The italian nachos to start with were amazing. Then I order the italian chicken sandwhich. The bring out this monster that even I couldn't finish! And this was just for lunch. I can't wait to go back and try some more dishes at dinner. They had a decent selection of wine at affordable prices. more

This is the BEST spaghetti I have ever had at a restaraunt and I never would have expected it. I would recommend this restaraunt to anyone except for people I don't like and stuffy socialites. Pros: Great Food, Friendly Staff, Jukebox more
