Had basement waterproofed so we could add a laundry room and rec room. Overall the installation went smoothly. Definitely not a fun looking job but job was done and all is good

I'd like to talk to the owner. We performed services for Rite-way over a year ago and have yet to be paid. Calls go unreturned. Now they have moved their offices with no forwarding address.\r Please call Pat at Mighty Ducts-you know how t reach us we have called NUMEROUS times. I don't know the quality of the work for this company, but their paying of contractors leaves a lot to be desired. more

Still one of the worst companies i have dealt with. I have over 200 pages of complants from the Ohio Attorney Genea]rals office and they continue to just operate under different names and the warranty is worthless, they even called me to offer to reactivate my warranty under new company they formed when owner passed Wow more

basement waterproofing 5/4/2012

Extremely satisfied with the job. We bought the home in December knowing we would have to waterproof the basement. Needless to say we just had that done. Went smooth from start to finish and really can't complain about anything. more

Great bunch of guys 3/1/2012

Hated our basement from day one when we moved in. Finally got the money together to fix the basement and glad we did. The Riteway Company did a great job, and thankyou to the great group of guys who worked on our job. Would recommend. more

With the wettest year on record our basement is bone dry. The wife and I definantly are very pleased with the work, especially because this was one of the last things we wanted to spend money on. Thank you to Karen and the rest of the team over there. more

Pleased!! 9/26/2011

They did a great job for us. Not sure if the other reviews are from competitors or what but our job went very nicely. Went with them because they have a A rating with the bbb, and price. We have had absolutely no problems since they finished. The only delay was waiting on our inspector from the city (westlake) which had nothing to do with them. HIghly recommend there services. more

If possible i would have put no stars because thats about how reliable and skilled this so called company is . Very unskilled and poor knowledge of waterproofing.rude and downright threatening and will just lie to your face and treat you like garbage. Avoid at all cost save yourself the nightmare. more

They were very professional and polite. The crew leader was very informative and walked me through the job everyday. With all of the rain lately my basement is still dry, so thank you. more

Oh this company is aweful. I would never recommend it to anyone. They didn't do as promised, an did not do anything in a timely manner. The owner was very rude, and difficult to work with. more
