The Port Apartments

i am thinking i want to move to port apt .because i hear they have wash and dry inside apt.so . now i see you say that i better off stay at telegraph crossing apt.\r in telegraph apt befor have one manager she are no good two. she treat the people no good they are move out and in middle night . and break the list. but they are lost so many customer . now the owner apt they get ready her now. now they have new manager they are ok\r more

Don't get me wrong, the port has nice apartments. Clean, great neighbors, and very convenient in location.... BUT the management makes it a living nightmare. The head manager (who I will not name) is a terrible mean person who has no regard for other's feelings. She is a chimney with an attitude. Steer clear! more

I went to the The Port about a month ago and the manger was very nice and friendly good people good area i am defiently going to move in there very nice townhomes and land scaping Pros: washer dryer in townhomes units new appliances balcony more

Can not stand the management. They are mean women with no social skills. The office smells of cigeratte smoke constantly. We complained about our neighbors and asked them to speak to them and they told us to do it ourselves!! Seriously, what are they being paid to do? Smoke? Who owns The Port?? Why don't you care about your managment staffs horrible personalities??? Pros: Apartment is nice on the inside Cons: THE STAFF!!! more

Have been renting here since April of 07. Weight limit for dogs is supposedly 20lbs. We got a dog, that is 8 years old, completely harmless and weighs 22.8 lbs. She said the dog was too big, proceeded to call my wife a ""lunatic"" becuase my wife wouldn't let her inside the apartment when SHE wante to come in (need 24 hours notice to do that!) and even yelled and chastized us about having mesquito spray on our porch.\r After all was said and done, she was handing us an eviction notice that she just typed up. It is in the process of being resolved, but I have to get rid of my dog now, who is now a part of our family..\r \r This management is HORRIBLE. You will have NOTHING but headaches, and you will spoken to as if you were a small child who just smeared you know what all over the walls. about ANYTHING.\r This complex REALLY needs to find new management. ""JANE"" is a HORRIBLE, Mean spirited person. Pros: GREAT NEIGHBORS!! Cons: Traffic noise from Telegraph and Baumgartner - THE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! more

The Port sells itself. I've lived here 2 years and love it. The only problem is the manager and assistant manager in the office. They have the worst attitudes and NO social skills. They only know how to yell, criticize, belittle and use foul language. THEY are the only reason to not rent here. Pros: Quiet, good price for what is offered Cons: The office staff is rude and do NOTHING. more
