The most honest company ever, when the co. was over booked I even had the owner come to my home. I hear alot of complaints from you people with home warrantys, maybe thats your problem. I looked them up with the B.B.B and they got a rating of A+ thats all I needed!!!! The owner told me they do about a 1500 calls a week, so only 5 complaints on this site, thats great!!! Keep up the great service The Plumber!!! more

I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH U PEOPLE. U COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR PRICES BUT HAVE U RESEARCHED THE PRICES OF OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES??. A COMPANY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 200 DOLLARS JUST TO CHANGE MY HOSE BIB BUT THE PLUMBER PLUMBING ONLY CHARGED ME 85 AND THAT INCLUDED LABOR AND MATERIAL. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A PRETTY GOOD DEAL. THEY DONT LOOK TO GET OTHER WORK, THEY FIX UR PLUMBING PROBLEM AND THEY FIX IT RIGHT. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. Called and called to follow up on installation. Showed up late. Plumber demanding me to pay up front and sign waiver before even completing the job. Be very careful signing off on the service order. As they were installing the water heater I was constantly checking on them periodically to see the progress. I caught the Plumber laying down in the carpet taking a break. They need to improve on their customer service skills, on-time service and service overall. Never again will I contact them for any plumbing needs. I should of read their reviews prior. Live and learn. more

Originally recommended by American Home Sheild, I had them look at another problem not covered by my home warranty. What a mistake, muliple calls, toilet still not repaired and terrible follow up! I am also going back to warranty company with complaint. Recommend you DO NOT use this company!! more

I will NEVER use this company again! They not only do incomplete work, they do a terrible job at what they do fix. They are not dependable and are terrible with follow ups, planning and scheduling! To say the least I was very disappointed and had to call out another company to clean up thier mess!!!!! more

We are very dissatisfied with this company. We have been without hot water on and off for 5 days. The technician has been here twice and replaced various parts, the water stays hot for about twelve hours and then it stops functioning. This is totally unacceptable. It is Friday evening and we are without hot water again. They do not provide emergency service. Unfortunately American Home Shield contracts with them. On a scale of 1 to 10 we are rating this business 0. more

We had a thermostat replaced on our water heater. The next day we had to shower in cold water already again. I tried to contact the business but the phone number remained busy all afternoon. No response to my email. This business was chosen for us by AHS. I do not feel comfortable with businesses that do not list their physical address in the phone book. Not a happy customer at all. more

The Plumber Plumbing Company installed a hot water heater for a rental property that I have. Everything was covered with the exception of some "un-covered" cost which I was responsible for. Living out of state, I was told that the amount would be $225 and that it would cover cost to ensure that the water heater would be up to code. I agreed to the $225 trusting that everything would be ok. BIG MISTAKE. Receivied the invoice in the mail and discovered that the $225 was for only: 1 turn off valve 3 flex lines a couple of misc fittings and a new pan This price is outrageous for these items. When I called to inquire about the charges I was told that it was their "prerogative" to charge whatever they want. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!! more
