AC unit.furnace is so old it takes more electricity to get it at the right temp, leaving you with a electric bill of $160-300 a month. The water heater has never been inspected/ the pools have slime on the bottom/tennis courts have cracks in them/ barbecque grill are rotten and falling apart/noisy here/code violations? Yes\r false advertisement- no social activities.business center is a table and a chair,the wifi doesn't work,gates to community are broken.landscape is dead behind the scenes, office staff is nice but they lie. Maintence is a joke, takes two weeks to fix leaks or breaks,then they patch it over and breaks again two weeks later. more

This place is ridiculous. My A/C went out 5 times in a week. Every time it went out, the temperature would go up past 90 degrees and after about 8 hours I would feel some type of relief and then i get to cool the entire apartment down which takes another 3 hours. After complaining and threatening to call code enforcement, I was told by management that they ""did not want to hear it anymore"". I was enraged by the fact that they never fix anything right at all and that I was being disrespected by the manager of the apartment complex. So, I told them to shove the apartment up their ass. Now, I'm being evicted. After being served a 7 day notice, the management had the maintenance team shut off my A/C AGAIN!!! This time in retaliation for calling code enforcement. So I spent another 12 hours OVERNIGHT in the 90 degree weather. There is another night without sleep. You tell me who's in the wrong. This place is a joke. No real business person would ever conduct themselves the way the management team has conducted themselves. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! more
