Already seeing benefits from first treatment 11/27/2011

I had been seeking a treatment for the "turkey neck" that had begun to develop over the past few years. I had seen a proecure on Dr Oz that sounded like something that I wanted to pursue. I decided to call several medical spas to find out if they were doing the procedure. I could not believe that I received a call back from the Museum Spa and she told me that she was not familiar with the brand of the procedure but would investigate it for me!! I could not believe that type of customer service when I wasn't even a customer yet!! She called me back a few days later and told me some potential side affects of the procedure I was asking about and she mentioned a procedure called Accent that they had been using for several years. I made an appointment for a consultation and then scheduled my first procedure. . I was so impressed that this procedure is only done by trained medical staff and in my case it was someone with a 4 year nursing degree. I had my first proedure 5 days ago and the entire procedure was painless and every step was explained in great detail as it was being done. I saw some tightening immediately after the procedure but was so excited that wihin 3 days after the procedure I started feeling a tightening around my chin line!! I was so excited and did not expect feeling that type of sensation that soon. It was explained that this procedure is a gradual process and would take several treatments for the collagen process to build up its affects and that it might be 6 months before all the full effects are even seen. I am looking forward to my next appointment and hope that my obsession with my "turkey neck" will finally go away!! I take really good care of my skin and my neck was really making much older than I felt!! more

Ignorant and Unprofessional 11/21/2011

I went in for a free consultation. Not only did the woman evaluating me not know that an IPL is a heating light and not a "cold laser" but she was also too flustered to focus on the issues at hand. What is more confusing is that when given a call back by the staff, they also contradicted themselves when discussing why treatment would not be given to me. At first they claimed it was their equipment, then they said they have the best equipment in town. All in all, I believe this is the worst medical experience I have ever had. If you need work done while in Raleigh, North Carolina go somewhere else. more

Best Spa in Town 8/20/2009

When I moved to North Carolina. from another large state, I did my research to find a medical spa with experienced professionals to do facials and other procedures. This spa used the medical-grade products that have made my skin so great, and I love going there. Everyone is is well trained and supportive, and I have had facials, laser treatments, non-permanent fillers and more. Check it out! Pros: Everything Cons: Not One more

Worst Experience Ever 8/20/2009

Schnauzermom-- I am NOT a newbie to plastic surgery procedures or the world of fillers or Botox. I had her inject Radiesse -FDA approved for NLF--in my NLF's. ( I have been getting Radiesse OFF LABEL since 2001 when I lived in Texas.) It is NOT a permanent injectable, and I never had a problem w/ ANY filler including Resty to under eyes and lips, the Radiesse to NLF, and Juvederm to where ever. PLEASE. She DID NOT ASPIRATE on the syringe and injected into a major vessel--she was injecting in bolus doses...something you are not supposed to do with Radiesse. Give me a break. BTW--the only permanent filler is Silicone-duh. Pros: None Cons: Tons more
