Great for family living 12/5/2005

An excellent gated community in downtown Phoenix. Very safe, moderate rents and well equipped units. They have full sized washer and dryer, walk in closets and the appliances are all new and modern. The club house can be rented for parties and is very well maintained. The pool and the gym are nice and clean and the pathways between homes are also very maintained with lots of trees and benches. They have several outdoor grills that the residents can use more
