The Georgia Plumber

In our recent freezing temperatures I was called by a neighbor while I was out of town that I had water pouring out of my garage. After the neighbor turned off my water and I arrived home - I was given Stephen's name by a neighbor. Even though he was extremely busy, Anthony came over within a few days and repaired the pipe. Unfortunately because of my work schedule I never met Stephen or Anthony - but I would definitely call them again (but hopefully not for a burst pipe). Thank you! more

Talk about being out in the cold ... I was called yesterday by my building concierge that my unit was leaking water into the one below - WHAT TO DO???? I called Southern Plumbing and they came over immediately and stopped the water, then gave me a quote for having the work done THAT DAY. OMG, I was thrilled! Later that night (after five), Hollis arrived and spent the next three hours working on teh problem - he was polite, concerned, professional and just a great guy! So I had a problem with my water line. Since I purchased the house in 2007 over in East Atlanta, I noticed that the water pressure just wasn't strong enough to get the to enable me to use more than more device in my house at a time. If the Washing Machine was one, good luck filling up a glass of water from the fridge. Even better, the shower would almost cut off, if anyone used anything in the house the used water. I called several places to find out what it would cost to replace the water line. WOW, I was amazed at the range of estimates that I was getting. Some were crazy high, while others seemed so low that I didn't even trust the individuals to do the work ( I have gone the cheapest route before, and paid for it in the end). After much deliberation, I chose The Georgia Plumber to do the work. I did this for several reasons. I did a lot of research on this company before I had them come over. They came right when they said they would. They were clean and had there act together. They quoted me a great price on the job. But what really stood out was there professionalism. I could tell that Stephen (Plumber that assisted me), had been doing this for a long time. He explained the issue that I was having in detail. We set on a price to do the work. The Georgia Plumber has done three jobs for us at our store. The first job he did for us was put in a new sink and run new drain lines. The second was putting in a new hot water heater. The third time we had him come out was to install a new ice machine. The first job took a little longer than he expected because he had to put in the drain lines, but he didn't up the estimate he gave us. Every experience has been wonderful.
