I have always liked using The Drop Off to take all of my large mail parcels that need to be shipped. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful when I have questions.
I also like that I do not have to drive across town to get to the post office. The Drop Off is in a convenient location (for me, at least), so it only takes me a couple minutes to drop off my packages and get home. The only thing I am a little disappointed with is that they have started charging a fee for any packages that come in with pre-paid postage. I pay for and print my own postage on many of my packages and its kind of a bummer to have to pay even more fees just to drop off the packages. However I do understand their reason for doing this, so I will definitely keep going there!
