From the beginning the experience with Diamond and Jewelry Brokers was wonderful. I had went to a few different places with a picture of what I wanted my fianc?s engagement ring to look like and everyone of them said they could not make it, but could show me something similar. Nothing they showed me was even close to what I wanted. I finally ended up at Diamond and Jewelry Brokers, showed them the ring, and Mike immediately figured out how he could make it happen for me. He kept me updated with each and every step. He worked with me on my price range, made me feel no pressure to do anything, and went the extra mile to explain specifics on different diamond grades. I was very indecisive on picking the actual diamond I wanted for the setting and Mike ordered a few different diamonds with different grades and had me come in to the shop when they all came in. He showed me the differences in them and held them up next to each other so I could see it myself. He is a certified GIA diamond grader, which is very obvious because he has so much knowledge that he is willing to share with you and can answer any question that you might have about the diamonds in the shop. Mike and Rocky were fantastic. They encouraged us to shop around as "you should with any large purchase" and we did. We found them to be extrememly honest and more than fair in price. I have been a customer of Rocky's for so many years, and have bought everything from gold chains to designer rings; I've also had repairs done on watches and heirloom pieces, had stones set and purchased stones and bought estate pieces. Rocky loves to point out quality work and is the most honest business man I know. When I'm looking for something, I go to him first and don't shop around. I have been shopping at Diamond and Jewelry Brokers for many years. Every time I enter the store I feel like they are really interested in me and what I am looking for. I have found them to be very honest and straight forward to work with. Its like talking to a trusted friend. Their prices are very reasonable and I never feel any pressure to buy. Any repair work I have done has been outstanding. I had to have a ring cut off because of a broken hand and you would never know it was repaired. They are just super people to deal with. more

There prices were even competitive to online prices, there service cannot be matched, there craftsmanship on repair is impecable, and they have the largest jewelry inventory I have ever seen at a family jeweler. I love this place!. Or maybe I just love diamonds? They have lots of loose diamonds at good prices as compared with local chains in the area. They offer a variety of cuts but you should know a thing or two about diamonds before buying here (or anywhere for that matter) as you should have an idea of whether the stone you are wanting to purchase is priced right. They also have Saturday hours. more

I shopped here as well while looking to make a diamond purchase. Their prices are better than your typical jewelry store in town and in some cases comparable to what you can get online. However, the presentation and the overall feel is such that I felt a bit guilty buying something from them for a loved one. Felt a bit like I was being cheap. If you don't have this quandary then you should probably check them out before making a purchase elsewhere. more
