Heaven on Earth! 5/20/2004

Wonderful! The most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. The staff is so nice and accomodating. The facilities are incredible and they go out of their way to make you extra comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the spa at the Beverly Hills Hotel- it is simply amazing. Pros: Staff, Facilities, Comfort more
