If this restaurant had competition from other Thai or good Asian restaurants, I would say skip it, but in an area with very little Asian food and no other Thai restaurants, it's worth a visit. The Pad Thai was very good, but tell them to leave the tiny frozen shrimp out, or ask for chicken or tofu instead. The Satay was also delicious. The curries were mediocre, and the Thai fresh egg roll comes with a sickening sweet sauce that tasted like molasses. The service was very nice. The decor is really faded and depressing.
Pros: Inexpensive, some very good Thai dishes
Cons: Mostly Mediocre food, worn out atmosphere
