My wife and I are new to MA, and (after living in the desert - literally), we find the Boston area eateries an oasis for the palate and, if you're lucky, even for the pocketbook. Amarin (on Centre) is just the ticket for authentic Asian cuisine. The subtle blend of spices meshed with aromatic herbs and fruits - spicey, sweet and sensuous - offers a flavorful repast at the end of any hectic day. We have both lived and dined all over the world (well, a good deal of it at least) and are always delighted to find such exquisite dishes. The chef at Amarin of Thailand is certainly unafraid of allowing his art to flourish without the heavy handful of ""chili"" that too often gets confused with 'spicey'. Do not overlook the appetizers as I believe that a full meal can be enjoyed with a simple mix of several savory selections. Simple yet elegant and easy on the wallet. We look forward to our second excursion tonight and hope soon to venture over to the Wellesey location (if I have that correct - like I said very new).
Pros: Variety of Tastes
Cons: So much to choose, so little time!
