When I called to order dinner to go, the girl taking my order kept covering the phone and laughing with someone else nearby. I tried to be as patient as I could as she kept repeating the wrong (simple) order back to me. It took almost 10 minutes on the phone to get it right. When I went in to pick up my salad, yet again the staff was too busy goofing off to even notice me or another couple standing a few feet away. I walked to the pick up counter where another girl was standing and she flat out ignored me. She didn't look up for over 5 min then asked ""0h, did you need something""? When I was paying the girl made it sound like she did me a great favor by not charging my drink and acted like she expected a tip (Sorry, I don't tip cashiers). more

Okay, so it's a chain. It's not a mom and pop place. But we LOVE it! Fun place to be. The BBQ ribs fell right off the bone. The bread they give you is warm and soft, and with the homemade butter... ohhhh... divine! We also got the pulled pork, sandwiched it between the warm, soft, complimentary bread, and we were in heaven! The salad comes with homemade dressing, and the ranch & thousand island were delicious. We also got the mashed potatoes with all the toppings, and it was yummy! Green veggie side portions were small. Next time, we are going to get a salad and mashed potato (or baked potato or sweet potato) side. Server was awesome! Love the all you can eat peanuts. I would go back again! more

Don't go to this location. 7/13/2006

I'm originally from Ohio and recently moved to Fort Worth and have always been a fan of Texas Roadhouse. I looked online for the closest location to me and decided to have a business dinner meeting there. Unfortunately, that will never happen again. The waitress was extremely rude because we had taken up her table longer than she wished us to be there. She brought our check to us more that 4 times which was an indication from her that she would like us to check out. We checked out when we were done and no time sooner but the glares never ceased. In addition to that, I decided to make a complaint on there official website and I heard no response. I had decided to go there one other time outside of work because I love their Prime Rib but that was the last time. I ended up with 2 insects crawling on our table, which is probably due to the peanut shells that are all over the floor, but that was enough for me to decide not to ever go there again. Now I'm not saying all locations are like this because I never had any problems in Ohio, I would just say that this location lacks in management. Try another location!! more
