Texas Furniture

I spent a considerable amount of money on a chair (over $1800). I had the chair in my home for about 3.5 weeks with only a few days of actual use, when we realized that the chair seat was crooked and was causing back pain to the user of the chair. I called and had the chair picked up (about 3 weeks ago for the call and they have had the chair for 2 weeks). Today they said they will not allow me to return the chair - even for store credit toward other furniture because it was ordered more than a month ago. I'm livid - when you spend that kind of money and they won't stand behind the furniture they sell it makes for a very bad experience. Unless you want to be stuck with furniture that is not worth the money you spend, make sure you inspect every inch of it before the delivery driver leaves and return it on the same day. I still have most of a 3 bedroom house to furnish, but this will be the only piece from Texas Furniture to cross my threshold. more

Texas Furniture has items that are made to last (quite a few made in the USA) and are priced very well, espeically during sales. Mrs. Lunt helped us. She is trained in interior design and even came to our home to make sure the furniture we were considering would work well with the layout and wall colors. She also made sure that we received the best price possible. There is no comparison to the service she provided or the quality of the furniture and the prices offered. We will go back time and again to Texas Furniture and Suzanne for all of our furniture needs. more

Texas Furniture has a great selection of furniture that breaks the mold of mass furniture retailers that may sell cheaper. You can do custom orders through them, and they are very nice and helpful, worth the price if you have the money to spend. Also they offer good warranties so if almost ANYthing happens to your piece, it will be replaced, a really good bonus if you have kids or pets. more

Texas Furniture is a very nice furniture store with a new building on Soncy. Their sales tactics are not overly bearing, and the selection is great. They have usually have nice sales and the new building is far bigger then their previous one which leads to more to choose from. They have been in business for over 20 years, and they are locally owned. They carry some of the nicest brands of furniture, and the have great financing options too. more
