I called 3 different times to get an appointment set for an oil change. Getting the appointment set was the hardest part. I spent an average of ten minutes on the phone for each call. They couldn't seem to find a time that worked, and they kept asking if I wanted different services like a transmission flush. I felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me before I ever got there.
Once I got there, everything went well. They have a comfortable waiting area with a TV and hot chocolate. The service took about 40 minutes (ten minutes less than the amount of time I spent on the phone trying to get an appointment). The staff were friendly and not pushy. I would go back as long as I knew I could set things up faster.
