The sales and finance staff were great! They went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. They even stayed late on a Friday night to make sure we were satisfied.

were able to fix a problem that occurred after service on vehicle 1/12/2014

I took my sons car in to have some significant maintenance work. Two days later a check engine light appeared on the dash. We took the car back and toyota was able to fix the problem with no charge to us. more

We have gone through multiple car dealerships and Teton Toyota is by far the best in customer service. All of the employees are beyond professional and make you feel like family every time you walk through the doors. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. more

Great service 99.9% of the time 12/24/2013

My most recent service experience was my least satisfactory. I was kept mating for a courtesy ride back to the dealership for two hours. No one called to tell me of the delay, so I could not make alternative arrangements. My work schedule was rather disrupted. However, to make amends, I was given a certificate for a free 5,000 mi service more

Snow Tires 12/22/2013

I went in to have my snow tires put on. Everyone was very nice. I waited about 1 1/2 hrs, but my car was washed and ready to go. Great service more
