Great Prices but rude manners... 2/16/2012

Although this RV sales had the best price around and were right with their numbers, the Finance Man did not know how to talk to the customer. We were going to do the deal but he told us in a rude way that we had made a bad mistake in buying our previous RV. We love our Rv...just wanted to upgrade which is why I think most of us trade in. Terry Vaughn also said he is out to make the money, that's why he is still in business. The sales man we had was wonderful. I loved the RV we were going to purchase and would love to have it but we are not going to do business with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers. We kept our RV and love it!!! more

They ruined our Vacation Completely 5/28/2010

We put down a deposit on an RV for Rent and right before our vacation Terry Vaughn backed out and told us we could not rent it because our credit rating was 640 and they said it has to be 700 to rent a trailer. John Burkey was the one that backed out so I called Terry Vaugh himself and he never returned my phone calls. They ruined our vacation completely! We have saved and saved up money to purchase one now instead and after that bad experience with trying to rent one from them, we will go purchase and RV from someone else! Cons: Management more
