Great Service Department 3/4/2015

As much as I hate car dealerships, I really don't mind taking my car here to get routine oil changes and service. The service advisors are always super helpful and friendly, explain everything in detail, escort you to the waiting room, and escort you back out to your waiting car (after they wash and vacuum it at no charge). A routine oil/filter change usually takes less than 45 minutes. There are complimentary drinks in the waiting room, along with comfy chairs and TV's. I actually bought my car from another dealer, but prefer to bring it here for service. I have never had a bad experience here...only good ones! more

Great customer service! However, one thing that just can't get resolved, My husband has been having issues receiving his Miles reimbursement..we've been trying to get the reimburment for the past year! I've called a total of 30 times and I get the same answer! "Please wait 5-6 weeks to get the verification email"...now it's a year later and no verification email .what else can I do! My husband vehicle now has over 65k miles I'm sure that's a good amount of cash! What else can I do?! I almost wanna give up! *getting the reimbursement will be a great help since he commutes over 60miles and day' PLEASE HELP! more

Friendliness and helpful 1/22/2015

Carlos at service dept is really friendly and helpful. I just hope after losing my wheel lock they can figure out a way to replace it without me having to drive 60 miles AGAIN for the 3rd time to the dealership. I trust this dealership that's why I would drive out to get service & this is where I purchase my car less than a year ago. more

Consistent Quality Service 1/8/2015

Brought my 2009 Sonata in for an overdue oil change without an appointment on Saturday morning. Dan said no problem. I knew also that I needed brakes. They were able to do both and had it ready by 1:oo pm. Also Colin was professional at checkout. Mahalo Temecula Hyundai Service department & mechanics! more
