Simply outstanding service 6/9/2015

The passenger side bumper was scratched while in a parking lot. I had only had the car for 3 months, needless to say, I was not very happy. Colin Lamair made arrangements for my car to be repainted and have the Xzillion coat applied to the freshly painted bumper while my husband and I were out of town. The car was ready when promised and I am very pleased with the result. Thank you to Colin for his outstanding service. The Service Department at Temecula Hyundai is truly a 5 star rating. more

I'm not super impressed by the sales staff as I am subject to their antics and conxersations while I wait. I also get annoyed to watch the staff enjoy the beverages I believe are for customers (customers pay for service, I expect that the beverages are paid for from the $ made from paying customers.) more

Bluetooth 5/30/2015

Asked dealer to hook up bluetooth to smart phone, they said they would, the paper work said it was done, but it was not. There was dirt and paper discarded on the floor. more
