I would not hire this moving company again under any circumstances. I moved from Nashville to Lexington in June 08. My things were moved into a storage unit while I was waiting ...

Quality Service 1/25/2016

This was my first time using Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse; As I was calling around for a moving company; Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse was recommended to me from another company. We were moving from an house to an apartment which they had to deliver on to the 3rd. floor, I initially I had some concerns, but the movers were very professional and handled my property and furniture very well with care. The employees at Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse, demonstrated great work ethics, they were on time and friendly. I think their prices are competitive. As a result, of encountering a good experience will be using them again for our next move. more

Overall, just very good 1/5/2016

We recently used Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse for the fourth time. They had a crew there that knew exactly what they were doing, and the move happened a little faster because of it. They are very professional and scheduled us in on a tight deadline. They also did everything they said they would. I think everything went as well as could be expected, and we gave the guys a tip. more

It was a great experience for a move 12/3/2015

I grew up with Ted's sons and knew them, so when I needed to move they fixed me right up. They never quit working and there was no dillydallying around. It was a great experience for a move. Excellent In Every Way 9/22/2015

We were very pleased with the service provided by all involved. The agent was very helpful and provided excellent communication. The crew on the day of the move were on time, friendly and worked quickly. They were very careful with the items. I was very impressed with the total event. This move was into a temporary location while our house is being built. I will certainly use Ted R. Sanders Moving when moving into our house. Plus we hope to have the same crew. They were great! more

Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse helped me with a local move. Their prices were good, the movers were friendly, they showed up on-time, and they did a professional job. I had a larger item they helped move up the stairs for me; which was great, because it was already at the location and wasn't part of their moving itinerary. I would recommend their service. more

They did a fantastic job! 6/30/2015

Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse was amazing! I have a giant bedroom set, and it was a tight squeeze coming up the stairs, but they didn't even touch the walls. Manny, Matt, and Mike did a great job! I don't normally praise stuff like that, but they were just great. I went back the next day and gave them a tip because I hadn't had any cash on me at the time. Efficient, timely, and quality service. more

Efficient, pleasurable, personable, careful and quick experience! 4/22/2015

This is the second time I've used Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse. I grew up in the moving business (my grandparents had a moving company). I just know they're fantastic and I'd recommend them to anybody. The girls who helped me with the packing are hilarious. I have not had anything damaged in any way, shape, or form! They just don't mess around or try to look for more hours. Whether it is for moving across the country or across town, I would never hesitate in calling them again! more

I receive the most professional and personal service from the entire team. 7/7/2014

We utilized Sanders in 2002 to move our office from one location to our current space. Since that time we have used their services for small and large internal moves about once a year. Most recently we have had them here four times in the past month while we move our employees, in phases, to accommodate renovations throughout the building. Undertaking such a task while doing our best not to interrupt our employees' work, any more than is necessary, is a huge task. I would not use anyone else. The team they send, whether I need two or nine, are always on time, careful, efficient, personable and always make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. more

Appreciated the care they took with my furniture 4/25/2014

This was my third time moving and every time, other companies have messed up my furniture. That didn't happen this time with Ted R. Sanders Moving. They wrapped up all my furniture and made sure it didn't get scratched. I was appreciative of the care they took. They worked with me when I needed some things changed, such as when we decided I was going to pack. They were here when they said they were going to be. Everybody was real nice, very courteous, and very professional. more

Our sales person was professional and courteous BUT the next day the dispatch office called with different dates for pick up and delivery for our long distance move. I called our sales rep immediately with no response. I spoke with the owner who said ""my name is just on the door..."" I made 3 calls and had to concede to a different pick up date my husband and I felt so betrayed and uncomfortable that I called other companies and found a local independent company (at a great savings) that was ready for our 5 day away move! I left messages for the sales rep and ""lady"" in dispatch explaining our uncomfortable feeling and that we would be using another company. WELL at 7:45 this morning the ""lady"" from dispatch called our home became very loud and nasty until she hung up on us. Looks like we were right to feel THIS IS NOT A PROFFESIONAL COME ANY AND GLAD WE RAN! more

Solid company 2/26/2014

Ted R. Sanders Moving got the job done and did it well. I hired them to help me move across town and it was my first time using them. They actually did the job below the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Mike is very organized, helpful, and professional. The movers helped me move my furniture into all the right places. They were very polite and careful. Nothing got damaged. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Very professional 1/27/2014

Ted R. Sanders Movers is fantastic. They showed up on time and had the right equipment to get the job done. The three young gentlemen that arrived were strong and willing to get the job done efficiently. They kept a good attitude even though we had part of our stuff going to storage and the rest to our new house. I had a very pleasant experience with them. They helped me move across town with no fuss and the price was very reasonable. I was impressed with the quality of the service and would definitely use them again. more

I have had Ted Sanders move me 6 times and each experience just keeps getting better.. They are fast and in all 6 moves we have not experienced any damages to our furniture or property. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Highly recommended! 12/23/2013

I'm so glad to have hired Ted R. Sanders Moving to help me with my move from Oak Ridge to Ashland City. The three guys that came out were very polite and essentially made the process extremely fast. The crew really treated my belongings with care and none of them got damaged along the way. They were punctual, professional, and took off a lot of stress that I had about moving. There wasn't anything that they couldn't move. I'm very satisfied. more

From the very beginning I was impressed with Ted R. Sanders Moving and Warehouse, Inc.'s customer service. The gentleman that came out to give us a quote took the time he needed and was very cordial. He obviously knew the industry. We had worked with him on a prior move, so we were already comfortable with the service. We were very happy with Ted Sanders the first time around. It can be expensive and moving day is always a bit frazzled, but it went well. Last time we were moving states; this was a much smaller move. They got everything done on time with very little damage to anything in the move. All of the movers were cordial and customer oriented. more

100% satisfactory! 10/25/2013

Ted R. Sanders Moving and Warehouse, Inc.'s employees are true professionals. They know how to wrap properly and they took care of every item that we had. It felt like they were moving their own families instead of their customers. They were so good with us, taking an extra amount of time to do things such as wrapping the corners of pictures. I had several Thomas Kinkade pictures that can't be replaced and they took really good care of those. Everything went wonderfully. They absolutely stayed with me no matter what was going on or whatever questions I had. They answered all of my questions properly. Go ahead and use them! Let them do their job and everything will be fine because they really know what they're doing. more
