My wife was given this company as an option to handle our corporate move. It was complicated, involving bringing belongings from Canada, USA and England to one location. We had a $10,000 moving allowance and made it clear that this was a hard ceiling. They botched every part of the move they touched. They failed to meet dates that were identified as critical costing us extra money in storage and rent. When asked about this, there was a figurative shrugging of shoulders and ""not our fault"" response, despite their obvious failure to organize pickups in a timely fashion. We were constantly contacting them to find out what was happening and remind them of what had to be done. We emphasized many times that the cost was fixed. When they decided that there was going to be extra cost to us, they claimed they couldn't provide paperwork to back it up. At this point, we already had the last of our belongings on a ship from England. When we said we wantred to see some sort of paperwork to back up their claim of cost overrun, their response was to say that unless we agreed to pay the driver in cash, our belongings would be put into storage until we caved in. From then on, our e-mails were simply ignored. What a childish reaction. I wrote to the president, Ted Sanders, and gave him a detailed breakdown of just some of the failures that had happened. His response was to accuse me of being sarcastic, yet he also sent me the paperwork that his son Mike had said ""didn't exist"". He also made comments that were complete lies. Clearly, they were excuses he was given and didn't challenge. We finally paid the ransom to release our belongings. There was at least one bill that didn't even have anything to do with us. We didn't recognize any company named on it. It probably belonged to somebody else that was paying for their move themselves and that Ted thought should ""get a break"" subsidized by somebody getting financing. These guys are just incompetent and dishonest.
Pros: I really can't think of any
Cons: Dishonest, lazy, incompetent
