I just had my hair done at the most beautiful friendly salon I have ever been to. Deb did my hair color and cut I never felt more beautiful. I can not wait to try the spa. I just wanna share my experience with everybody. I had called to techniques just to get some advice and answers for my big Bridal party. Receptionsts over there were all so professional and friendly. I was actually invited over there just so I can see the place myself. Salon was so beautiful and clean. My Bridal Party was pretty big so I was nerveous that it will end up costing me a fortune but NO... The girl who helped me get it all booked and set was very friendly and yet so professional. She worked out so many difficulties for me and my party and at the end of all we all got little gift bags. Since I fell inlove with techniques I planned my entire wedding party there and let me tell you... My Day Of was so amazing.. no problems, no stress and everybody looked sooo beautiful with their unique updos. I just wanted to Thank everybody over at techniques for making my most important day in my life sooo stress and worry free. I will be back for sure!!! i came here thinking that i was going to get the same results that i am used to, well i was wrong! all i wanted was to have some blonde highlights for the summer. the guy i went to said that he was the best that worked here. if that was true then why do i have tiger stripes all through my head, and also my ends are fried. this cost me almost $200, becaused i had to then buy productsto make sure my hair wont break any more. when i went home i cried and my husband was so mad that i spent that kind of money only to hate the results. i went some where else to see what they said but all i could do was get a treatment, they said it would be best if i waited a few weeks. thanks alot! more

I recently received a gift certificate to techniques as a birthday present, and let me tell you..... i had the best experience ever! i had a great massage, facial, and had my day completed with a wonderful blow dry! everyone was so friendly, i even had a glass of wine to finish off my day! i would recommend techniques to anyone looking forward to a day of pampering! This place really cares about my experience! I will recommend it to my employees and my closest colleagues. Everyone was very professional! I got the best service all day long and I've been everywhere. The Spa was small, but the service was detailed and Terrific! I never had an acupressure scalp massage before, but I will make it a regular routine. I definately liked the feel when you walk in. The Staff was great! I will reccommend Techniques to anyone. I love visting Techniques. Alicia at the front desk is the sweetest person ever, she is always so helpful & accomadating. I see Beth for my hair & I can tell her to do whatever she thinks & it always looks good! Beth's hair styles are always trendy & cute. She changes it all the time & lets me do the same! I always walk out feeling amazing. I also get my nails & toes done with Michele, she is so much fun to spend time with weekly. We laugh & talk. She is meticulous...my nails are always perfect! i had an appointment to get my hair done a few weeks ago. when i showed up for that appointment, my stlyist was not there. so they decided on their own to just put me in with someone else. they assured my that this person would be even better than my regular stylist. i found out that this person was still a shampoo girl. were they serious? i had some where to go that evening so i figured ill give it a try. i just cant believe that these receptionists can be so inconciderate to not even tell me that my girl had left. my haircut was just not the same, it sucks that they wont tell me where she went. i wont be going back. ever since the previous owners left, this place is going down hill!!!!!!! tina Pros: pedicures Cons: shampoo girls cutting more

I've been a client at Techniques for about 5 years now.I've stayed with the same colorist and stylist for those 5 years.Techniques has a wonderful atmosphere.The staff members are all beautiful.Everyone treats you as if you are family.They are not pushy or overbearing.I definitely recommend Laura D. She has been in charge of my hair for five years now and I have never walked out of there unhappy.I have curly hair. I have had it short and long. It is so nice to be able to walk in to her and say, "" Do whatever you think""and know that it will look gorgeous straight or curly.Laura knows hair, she knows color, and thanks to her I get compliments on my hair all the time.I've referred many friends to the salon and all of them are totally satisfied with their new looks. more

I have traveled all over the world and I can honestly say that Techniques Salon and Spa is the best that I have ever been to. The staff is of the highest caliber, expecially the Salon Coordinator. As soon as you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a warm welcome. I was recently in a bridal party and had numerous salon treatments. Every service from hair, makeup, pedicure, and manicure was superb. During the wedding reception, my husband said that I looked like the blushing bride instead of being just a bridesmaid. I currently live over five hours away and am considering driving to Techinques every 5 weeks to have my hair done. If there is anyone in need of feeling like a princess, this is the place to go. I went to techniques to get a facial for breakouts I had been having due to stress. When I arrived the receptionist said that I was not scheduled for that day, even though they had called the night before to confirm. So after 15 minutes of messing around with their computer they finally found my appt. How they lost it i'll never know. After waiting I was brought up to a room that looked pretty nice so I relaxed a little. But the facial was horrible, they butchered my face. I asked that she not do extractions which she insisted on doing anyway. I ended up with a big scab on my forehead from my skin being gouged out. more

i recently went to techniques, as recomended by a co-worker. i was new to the salon, i met with a stylist named kristin. she did such a nice job. i felt like a new woman. she even talked me into going out with my husband that night, he loved it too! i will definely be back more

Wanted to try out this salon since I just moved, and winded up getting the worst haircut I've ever had! I had to go home and cut my own hair since my stylist insisted I could ""trust her"" and that it looked fine. My hair looks better than it ever has but man, I want my $43 back!! more
