I have been using Tech Force as my computer go-to guys for more than a couple years now. They even built me my last computer and it is a real jewel. Very fast and extremely capable of doing everything I need from a PC. I only wish they had been around when I started getting into computers back in the mid 80's. Tech Force has done for computer repair and purchases for me. Donte actually gave me the option to purchase one, have everything connected and set up for me. I am not tech savvy at all and he knew that, so he did everything for me. Any time I have a problem, I call and he takes care of it immediately. I appreciate that. The thing I liked best, people like Donte are very intelligent and informed about technology, but he brings it to my level and explains to me in an language and way that I can follow and understand. He doesn't ever talk down to me. He just talks to me in a completely understandable way, step-by-step. I really appreciate it. I have recommended two other people two him. We've been using Tech Force for about two years. We've had a lot of different people do computer and IT stuff for us, but Donte is the first guy who has come in and set up a plan. He has executed his plan, and we've had no problems. On top of that, he has been looking out for things pertinent to our business, so we can be compliant from an IT aspect. He constantly makes suggestions about how we can move forward to meet those goals. Tech Force is very good at getting back to you when you have a problem. You don't have to wait and wait for things to get done. If they can't take care of the problem remotely, they will come over here. It's great to have Tech Force ready and waiting to help me out. I am of the older generation and know little to nothing about what to do when my computer has problems.
