Undisputed champion of Chinese food in Tulsa 10/20/2011

Still the undisputed champion of Chinese food in Tulsa. I been eating here for years and I'm sure the only better Chinese food is in China. more

Tasty tasty dishes! 10/19/2011

The chefs here really rock! Some of the Te Kei dishes here are a little closer to their roots. Been here 9-10 times and would recommend anything on the menu. Place is noisy, crowded on some nights. Tasty tasty dishes! more

Delicious! 10/17/2011

This is one of our favorite and regular go-to restaurants. The food is delicious. I really like spicy Asian food and this is the place you can find it here in Tulsa. Every time we come here the service has been very good and the food was even better. more

My go to place 10/13/2011

This has been my go-to place for good Asian food. Extremely affordable! I usually go for the sesame chicken. It is a tempura chicken breast with sesame seeds, broccoli and green onions in sweet sesame seed sauce. and have never been disappointed. more

Very Nice & Polite 9/28/2011

The manager here is very nice and polite. He let me have something that is not on the pre-made menu list for the catering special. That's something. more

Cool ambiance 9/26/2011

My favorite dish is the sesame chicken in Tulsa. The thing I like most about Te Kei's is that it is a local restaurant with an owner that seems to be very supportive of Tulsa. It is very cool ambiance. more

Go somewhere else... 10/3/2009

Hit or miss? .... \r \r The service was decent at best, but Te Kei's was a poor excuse for ""Asian/Chinese Fusion"". The amount of food you recieve is definitely not worth the price you will pay.\r \r The Mongolian Beef was not terrible, but for $12.95, I expect better quality. Instead, go to Pei Wei or P.F. Changs. Next, the Lo Mein (shrimp) was terrible. The noodles were over cooked and lacked in flavor. It tasted like something you would've bought from the freezer aisle at your local grocery store, surely not worth $11.95. Forget that it's supppose to be ""Asian"" food, but do the chefs even know what good food is suppose to taste like? \r \r On a positive note, the parking and location was great. We visited on a Saturday night, and there was no wait and plenty of parking available. That should've been my first sign that this place was going to be a potential flop. \r \r Needless to say, it was a very very mediocre experience. Would I be back? Only if I loose my taste buds. Definitely a miss in my book. Pros: Location and parking Cons: Food more
