Following a front end collision, my mini-van was taken to Tate for repairs since it was recommended by my insurance company. While my car was being repaired, I paid to have an additional $700 worth of work (tires, alignment, oil change.. etc) performed. \r

After having the car back for approx 1 week, I managed to get the car up to free-way speeds. One tire blew out since it was defective however, the problems only began there. Following the blow-out, I have had to invest over $2000 worth of repairs (sensors, electrical work) that were either missed or ignored by their service technician. The continued vibration of the car (which wasn't there prior to the accident) still exists. Tate insists that it's from a tire which was bent in the accident.. (yeah, they missed that too) however, the tire is no longer on the van.
