Twice I have been told I needed a tie rod repair when my mechanic checks it and shows me I don't.

Very very satisfied with my experience at Tate boys in Bartlesville off highway 75. The guy that helped me, name was Nick, was very informational and and super nice. Followed with my tires mounted and balanced perfect. My truck rides an drives 100% better. I will be bringing any vehicle I ever have back. Thanks! more

Got exactly what I needed 10/27/2013

I called your shop Friday inquiring on some good used tires for my vehicle. When I got there Todd, whom I spoke to on the phone took excellent care of me. I was able to watch my truck get the tires it needed and also watch it get an alignment, the mechanic was very professional and walked me through everything he was doing to fix my issues. He did not have to take the extra time to do what he did and for that I am very appreciative. You have gained a loyal customer and I will be bringing all my auto needs to Tate Boys from now on.
