I waited 1 1/2 hours for one tire, and balance of other 3. The tire they charged me $30 for isn't worth $5. The tread is barely better than the one they replaced. I had to drive on that tire to Norman, and now I'm going to have to spend another $0 on another used tire because I don't feel safe. I'm not so sure they even balanced the tires, since they were caked in gravel road muck, and no sign of being touched. Also, the tire they were going to put on had a hole, so they put another tire slightly smaller on, in which I was told they would rotate the back tires to the front, which wasn't done either. I'm on a tight budget. I don't have money to spend on mistakes. Horribly disappointed in this experience with your business. I will never be back, and I will never recommend you to anyone.
