Best Mexican in Bellingham 3/21/2006

Bellingham is about as far away from Mexico as you can get and still be in the U.S., so we didn't expect much. We were surprised. They make everything from scratch, including fresh hand-made tortillas. They make wonderful salsa, and we enjoy most of their selections. You order at the counter, pay and get your food delivered. The staff is friendly and prompt. An overall enjoyable restaurant and fair value. more

The spicy chicken in the pollo asado is a winner with diners, as is the tasty salsa bar, full of homemade salsa combinations. The food is always fresh, the atmosphere always fun. Come down and enjoy an authentic taste of Mexico!
