Good value, okay sushi 12/19/2010

They have a wide variety of non-sushi items at a good price, their sushi price is reasonable, and tastes okay. I wouldn't recommend ordering sushi when they're busy though, because they take forever. Nice cozy atmosphere, and will likely return in the future. more

Good for newbies 3/26/2006

Tachibana is a great introduction to Japanese food in Stl. They offer a lot of cooked foods (katsu, teriyaki and so on) so you can ease your friends and family into raw foods like sushi as an appetizer. They have booths and tables. Service is generally pretty good. more

Great Japanese food 8/13/2005

They have the best Katsu-don in town. Spicy tuna handroll is good too. My friends and I come here alot. It's a good place to eat out and hang out. The waiters/waitresses are nice. Service is good and price very reasonable. Clean and nicely decorated. However, the bathrooms can use a bit more work. Go if u want good Japanese food. See u there! more
