I have been a loyal customer for almost a year without any problems. Until about a month ago when I came home with one less item than I dropped off.....\r

After realizing this I went by the store in person, spoke with a worker who took down my info, and was told she would get back to me ""right away."" After four days, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I then called and spoke to the manager and he told me he would get back to me by ""Friday pm at the latest"" (Although he never specified what Friday, so I guess this could be my fault!). I called and he said they would know after he ""checked inventory"" and he would get back to me. The workers I speak to are always polite, but nothing is happening and no one really seems that concerned! \r

I have now spoken on the phone and in person with the manager THREE times and after two promises from him to ""check the inventory and get back to me"" I have lost all faith in this business' reliability and customer service. To top it off, I was told by the manager that he could only refund up to $40 of the cost (no where near what I paid...and just what costs $40 that you would typically have dry cleaned? I've spent more on jeans!)\r

Beware! I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place!\r

Pros: Service, until you actually need answers! Always do a good job, until something is lost!
Cons: Lost items with no accountability, horrible follow through when I actually had a problem!
