The Economy Has Created a Downturn in Their Attitude 3/27/2010

Within the last ten years I have purchase four handguns and three long-guns from T&T and overall I was happy otherwise I would have not returned. Recently, I was in the market for another handgun and must have gotten them on a bad day- their attitude and condescention was unreal. I left T&T and bought my handgun from American Outdoor Sports on Rt 110 because when I walked in they were helpful, patient, and nothing like what I had experienced at T&T. Keep it up guys, and you'll keep losing sales. more

TNT is ok 3/23/2010

You really need to know what your looking for and what the msrp is before going to tnt. Yes Hank is a nice guy who is knowelgable, and he will rip you off just as fast as any of them. They are on average substantially higher then manufactorers msrp. They have an ok sellection just do research before you go as they will always push the gun they have in stock. more

Been going there almost 5 years 3/17/2010

Dont be discouraged by the previous posts. If you're in to guns and you're in the neighborhood, get to know Hank. He is a great guy to deal with. Unfortunately he can only cater to one customer at a time so be patient. There's a reason it's always crowded esp on the weekends when he's working.Also, I never had problems with the other employees/ staff and I know most of them by name, eventhough I only go there maybe 5-6 times a year. more
