Excellent service 2/16/2011

Yeah, it's expensive, but they've never lost any of my clothing.  They're also very very nice, they provide great service, they deliver, and they're less expensive than the other two dry cleaners on the same block.  They also gave me a great price on cleaning and repairing an antique mink stole I got from the Salvation Army coat sale. more

Good efficient service 1/14/2011

Prices are par for the area. I've used their service for about two years and found them friendly and - accommodating in a crisis while giving good efficient service day-to-day. I like them more

Really happy with the service 1/12/2011

I was really happy with my service from Symphony. We just moved to the area and I do not do laundromats so I'm happy I found Symphony. The woman on the phone was very nice and, more importantly, I could understand her. They picked up and delivered our laundry for free and the delivery man was very sweet too. The total came to $47.20 for 3 weeks of laundry for two people! We had two huge bags so, at 80 cents a pound, we were lucky to find an affordable place. Will defiitely use them every time and recommend them to my UWS neighbors!! more

Give them a try We've been using Symphony for well over a year. They will pick up and deliver to you and are very accomodating for special requests. I am always pleased with the quality of their work. I reccomend Symphony highly. more

Reasonable price 12/1/2010

I think everyony has their own opinion. As for my self I think symphony cleaners are well know with many location in the city and I deal with them for many years I,ve never had a problem with their service and the coupons are great it help out a lot more

went there this morning to drop off some shirts. the guy was so rude. he raised his voice. i told him he does not have to raise his voice he goes on to say to me he's very busy. i told him first of all you dont raise your voice and your customer service sucks. he's like i dont need your business. I said fine i will never come back. I wanted to be more ruid but it's not in my nature but the guy was a total a@@hole. NEVER GIVE THESE GUYS BUSINESS. Overpricee with Awful Service 7/28/2009

For a place that charges premium prices, the service should match, and this just doesn't at all. I moved to the neighborhood a couple weeks ago and am looking for a new dry cleaner and got coupons in the mail, so I decided to try them out. It was supposed to be open at 7am, but I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to show up, with no apologies on his part - he actually acted like he was doing me a favor for even getting there! Also, even with coupons, the prices are high - $2.60 for just wash and press shirts. Cons: Poor Service, High prices more

Worst Dry Cleaner 3/26/2007

The people are extremely rude -they act as if they are doing a favor by accepting your business. I used them when I got the coupon in the mail - it was a mistake, I would gladly pay more to avoid these people. more

Damaged clothing, rude service 12/28/2006

Ripped holes in two of my shirts on only my second visit to this cleaners. Guy behind the counter was rude and didn't want to know about it. The best I got was a phone number of someone in their head office who never returned any of my calls. AVOID. Switched to Alpian's cleaners, one block away, and couldn't be happier with their service. Cons: Damaged clothing, didn't want to know about it more
