I have never stayed in the hotel, but have spent many nights in the outdoor hot tubs. You can rent them by the hour. They assign you a hot tub and then you hike up the hillside to get to yours. They are very private and are kind of nestled in between the trees. You can bring your own drinks or purchase some there. You definitely leave the hot springs feeling more refreshed than when you arrived. more

Really romantic 9/8/2005

Sycamore is a wonderful getaway. You can either go to the outdoor hottubs that are secluded and pay by the hour to relax, or you can stay in the hotel. There are a couple of different sections of the hotel, but my favorite are the cottages. They are pretty far removed and are in a wooded area. The cottages themselves are up on stilts and each one has a fireplace and private hottub. The rooms are so romantic - the bed is very high and has steps to get up into the bed. The shower is amazing - it has two shower heads each with it's own control for temperature and water pressure. We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. I can't wait to go back! more
