Great Experience 8/18/2014

This was my first time using Swiss Heating & Air. They came out in April to put a new igniter on my heating system. The service went fine. The guys that came to do the service were friendly, and didn't take very long. They actually came the same day I called to fix my heating system. I will probably use them again if I need their services. more

Extremely attentive and detail oriented, excellent experience 7/15/2014

Overall in my experience with Swiss Heating & Air, I found them to be overly helpful and extremely professional in terms of the business they conduct. The installation technician that came to my house was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable, did everything I asked, answered all the questions I had prior to performing the service and did a great job cleaning up after himself as well. I was totally impressed by the whole process and how the business conducted themselves and overall I would absolutely use them again if needed be. I highly recommend their service to anybody else in the market for a quality HVAC home system at an affordable cost. I have used Swiss for many years, when I decided to upgrade my system in 2010, I had them install the new equipment. Service has always been prompt & within the timeframe promised. All of the technicians have been very knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with. more

I've had Swiss Heating & Air for years now. I've the insurance policy with them where if something goes wrong, they come right away to fix it for me. They provide everything for the furnace during the winter, and they come to check on my air conditioning unit in the spring and summer. They come out to fix it without any problems, and their service is always terrific. more

I really love Swiss Heating & Air! Before, I was with another company that was just really bad. They put my furnace out and I got a new one from them, and we were having problems because the furnace just would not work. So I had to call them all the time, and it was so horrible that I decided to try calling Swiss. When I called Swiss, someone smart answered all of my questions and I told them that this other company installed a really nice furnace but it's having problems. They were able to help me out with the issue without any hassles and after I hung up, I told myself that I would use Swiss after this nightmare with the other furnace was over. I've been using them ever since, and I have absolutely no complaints about their service. It's just nice to see them come in on the same day that you call. If they can get you in, they will get you in. When you have children and it's 1 degree outside, they will be there. more

Wonderful people to deal with. 4/23/2014

Swiss Heating and Air were very honest with us. Our furnace went out and we started looking online for companies. We had no heat at all, and no one would come to service us. They were all busy or backed up. Swiss said they'd come out in four hours. They were there on time, worked very efficiently, and left no mess behind. The gentleman talked to us about our 20-year-old furnace, and we decided to get a new one put in. He was very thorough and very excellent. Swiss Heating and Air were just wonderful people to deal with. more

Rip off artists 4/8/2014

Swiss air did a house call to inspect my mother-in-law's furnace claiming they specialized in old furnaces. After a quick visual they told her the furnace was too old and they wouldn't touch it, then proceeded to charge her $89 for the trouble. It's businesses like these that give the industry a bad reputation, preying on those too meek to stand up for themselves. Disgusting. RESPONSE FROM Swiss Heating & Air: Swiss Air did reach out to the family member and fully refunded the $89 diagnostic fee under the 100 money back satisfaction guarantee policy. We are constantly training the technicians to slow down and properly communicate with the homeowner. more

Great experience 3/24/2014

Swiss Heating and Air always shows up on time; they give me good service. They installed a furnace and air conditioning in my house. Anytime I need service done, I call them and they show up within twenty-four hours. They put plastic slippers on their shoes so they don't leave marks. They do free yearly check-ups on both my AC and furnace. more

Nice job 2/19/2014

Had some issues regulating the temperature within my house. When Swiss Heating showed up they worked on the problem for a couple days. They eventually found what the issue was and ever since I have not had any trouble with my heater or A/C. Thanks guys! more

Swiss Heating & Air is very efficient. The guy that came was prompt, honest, and very thorough. His attention to detail was great and was very helpful at explaining things in a way that I could understand. He did a cleaning maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. The price was great and he took the time to make sure that everything was right. Overall, a very fast, easy, and pleasant experience. more

When bad things happen, good people come 11/27/2013

I called Swiss Heating & Air when my air conditioning wasn't working. It needed to be serviced, and there was a broken part that needed to be replaced. They did the work quickly, but it was initially hard for me to get in an appointment with them. After scheduling the appointment though, the experience was easy. Overall it just shows that when bad things happen, like when your air conditioning goes out in the summer, good people come and help. more

Great service. Good people to work with. 9/26/2013

I have been using Swiss Heating and Air for the past six years for my two houses. They recently installed new air conditioning and a new furnace in the house I live in now. The technicians are skilled and friendly. They are very accommodating with my schedule. I once called them the day before they were scheduled to do service for my new house and asked if they could service my other house at the same time. They worked everything out perfectly. They are very timely and provide very good work. I would say: USE THEM! more

Professionalism 9/24/2013

My wife and I have have lived at our present location in Gahanna for five years and one of our smartest moves when we moved here was to contact Swiss Air for our HVAC Maintenance needs. The friendliness and professionalism of not only the office staff but especially the technicians that have performed our maintenance needs have been top notch. I want to give a special shout out to Joe and Mike for keeping our HVAC healthy. On Mike's recent visit I had mentioned that we needed filters and he returned the next day with two filters, he kept his promise! Thanks for your efforts. more

I never have to worry! 8/22/2013

Swiss Heating & Air really takes care of my house. As a woman, I don't know much about furnaces, so they help make recommendations for me, and they never lie to me. I ordered the service plan with them, and that's been a big help to me. They come to my house twice a year, and whenever I have a problem, my service man comes right on time to fix it. Just recently, on the hottest day of the summer, my A/C stopped working, and they came right away. I have ordered a new furnace and a new A/C with them, and I never have to worry about either of them breaking down. They even wear covers on their shoes to keep my floors clean. I am very happy with everything about this company! more

Disturbed Employee 8/12/2013

I had a friend that moved into a house, and saw the sticker on there furnace. They decided to call them to check AC. The tech went upstairs to the bedrooms, which is highly unusual. They found drawers opened in bedroom after he left. Office said tech ha been fired because of other incidents. Out of their control, but do you find it suspicious that all these 5 star ratings are two days apart from each other? more

Great servicing and repairs 6/17/2013

Swiss Heating & Air fixed a problem with our AC unit cooling and initially turning it on. They responded promptly, identified the problem and I am very happy with the spring tune-up service as well. Good company. more
