For $2.77, a tuna sandwich, chips and a drink - wow, what a steal! You can have almost any kind of sandwich on most any kind of bread. I love this place. Who cares if the workers never smile. It is a take out place, not a sit-down type restaurant! The sandwiches are made fresh daily. And for someone with a busy lifestyle, it is a great place to grab something for a take out. I have been eating here for years and highly recommend it. more

I would give this place more stars, but quality and customer service makes a huge difference. Now, this place offers simple sandwiches, made with store bought bread. These are definitely the kind of sandwiches you can make at home. But it is very convenient to pick up a quick sandwich, chips, and soda for under 3 bucks. Besides, I love their tuna fish sandwiches and I have not quite mastered my own recipe. Two complaints. First, customer service. The workers here rarely smile, barely speak or look you in the face to acknowledge you. At times, they can be down right rude. Call me crazy, but I have been stopping here for sandwiches for a couple of years so I just put up with it. There is this one lady, who I think runs the place, who is completely rude. One time she kind of ran into me and never turned around to say excuse me or anything. I have also witnessed the way she has talked to other customers and she is terribly rude! To top it off, she is scary looking! Secondly, what has driven me to write this review is that they have begun to serve smaller sandwiches and offer the smallest bags of chips. Whenever a business (in general) picks up, that's when they seem to comprimise the quality of their products. Even with all that I have mentioned, the convenience of this place for lunch is what has kept me, but I am seriously thinking about ditching this place. I guess I am hoping someone from this establishment will read this and want to brush up on their customer service and the quality of their business. If not, they will definitely be losing a faithful customer. more

This deli is a great option if you only have time to pick up something quick and hustle back to work. It's easy to get in and out fast, and they put lots of meat in the sandwiches. Their potato chip variety is extensive (they offer Frito-Lay and Zapp's brands), they have cookies as big as my head and they're LOADED with chocolate, and they offer stuff like potato salad and deviled eggs and pickles too. They have a good drink selection too; they carry both Dr. Pepper and Coke products. It's also cheap - I get a sandwich, chips and a Coke for around $5. They've been around since 1967; I guess they wouldn't have lasted this long if people didn't like it! Pros: Zapp's Chips, Inexpensive, Really fast Cons: Carry out only, No credit cards more
