Staff is rude and unprofessional. Doctor Zaks seem nice and knowledgable. But after speaking to his staff I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I was given different information daily, the prices changed depending on who you talked to. I was told my initial consultation fee of $140 which mind you took 15 mins would be applied to my treatment. Dr Zaks informed me that I could purchase per session oppose to buying a package. When I was scheduling my next appointment with the office manager she told me I could not apply my consultation fee towards my treatment. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to purchase 4 sessions at $995 per session in order to apply my inititial consultation fee. Left frustrated then I called the next day and spoke to someone else who said that the Doctor changed his mind and now will only take patients that would pay for 5 treatments. She rudely told me that the doctor can change his price at anytime. I asked to speak to Dr. Zaks and I was told he only returns calls from patients that have already received treatment. I was so dissapointed that even though I could pay for 5 sessions their unethical behavior and lack of integrity made me want to look for a different doctor. Dishonest and would not recommend.
