We were lucky enough to be with a couple of guys that knew one of the door staff, so they were able to spot about $100 to get us past the line up. I'd recommend doing whatever you have to to actually get into the club. It's worth it!! After going past a couple of check points, the cover was $30 a person, then you go down a set of glass lined stairs and get into the actual club. It is lined with gorgeous red velvet and you feel very prestige walking through. The club is huge!! So when you get past the main hallway into the club, go to your right and find the small bar at the far end. The service is faster and the staff are nice. If you tip well, it will ensure good service, but don't count on any favors, it's just the level of gratuity they'd expect for that kind of club-- don't be cheap!!! Then head out immediately to the outdoor patio and take in the beautiful scenery, the waterfall, marble floors. it's gorgeous. Later in the night, make sure to get out on the dance floor, but don't feel initimated by the ladies dancing on stages, poles etc. They're all just normal people having fun. The music is very versatile and the DJ's actually play most of the full song. Whereas at Light, I was so frustrated by how choppy the music was, bad service, too dark, way too young people, and not at all the caliber of Tryst. So loosen up and have the best time in Vegas, and above all, don't be too snooty, but don't be cheap either. You're in one of the best clubs, act like it!! Treat the ladies well, treat the bar staff well, and be respectful of the other guys in the bar.
Pros: pay what you need to get past the line, it's worth all of it, some young rich people that are immature
Cons: a little hard to get a drink before 1am
