Im a very upset customer. I came into your business right before Christmas to get a system installed my girlfriends truck as a gift. I told the older guy who was helping me that I wanted 3 components in the system. I wanted iPhone apps, bluetooth, and backup camera. He ensured me that when I left that day it would be ready to go. He also told me it was a 2 hour job max. Which was great since I had another 3 hours before having to go to work. I sat and waited. I ended up waiting for 4 hours and was an hour late for work! They kept giving me ""its almost ready"" every time i asked because I had to be at work and was running late. Luckily I didn't lose my job. So when my girl got it for Christmas the only thing working was the backup camera. I visit the man and told him there was no bluetooth and the apps was not working. Then the backup stopped working! This guy is trying to charge me more to fixed the problem that he promised and is not rectifying. I want what was promised for the money i paid or a full refund for the system and get one elsewhere.
