I had an outstanding experience at Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. The owner Dennis really helped us out. We picked up some great carpet from them that needed to be installed, the couple guys who came out to do the work did a first class job, and everything went well and without issue. I really appreciate all the work they have done for us, as we own a business as well we know that customer service is king, and Sunshine Interiors has top notch customer service. Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland is a fantastic company. From Lori the receptionist to Dennis, the owner, everything was perfect. Everyone there is just a dream to work with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, hard working and professional. The services they provide is excellent and the work they do is flawless. If I had 50 houses to do tomorrow, I wouldn't work with anyone else. You don't find companies like this these days. They are a breath of fresh air. I had a pretty good experience using the services from Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland, I hired them to do some interior work on my home and found most of their work to be great. I have no big complaints but have a few things that were left undone by the workers, they are supposed to be coming in soon to fix the few things they had not finished. Overall I have had a good experience using Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland, I find them very responsive and efficient with their work. I would gladly use Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland again for any more housework I need done, and would definitely recommend them to any family or friends in need of similar services. more

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland are always ready and willing to help me out every time. I work for a company that has had to do a lot of ordering thru them, and they come thru every time. They are so responsive right away when I call. Ready to help me out and they really keep the lines of communication open. They keep me informed on shipping costs and delivery times - whatever I need to know. We have used them a few times for actual installations and that as well has always been a 5 star experience. The technicians there always show up ready to get right to work. They don't waste their time - or ours for that matter. Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland had very good customer service. I wanted to do window coverings for the whole house. I still have two more windows to cover, but they did all of the other windows. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves and not leaving a mess. I like that they had good service. They were attentive and ready to show you what you wanted to see. Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland was helpful in installing new blinds in my house and two sliders. The installation guy was good and he cleaned up after himself. They did a very efficient job. This was my first time using them. more

I was really impressed with the people over at Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. They put up some new blinds for me and every step of the process they just made so easy and stress free. The sales person was really helpful and made really good suggestions. The price was really nice as well. When it came time to have the blinds installed, the installer was promptly on time and he got right to work. He put the blinds in with no issues and in a very reasonable time frame. Once he was finished putting them in, he cleaned up very well after himself, leaving nothing but his great work behind. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! more

Years ago, Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland installed some drapes and blinds in my mother's house and I thought they did a really good job, so I decided to call them to install drapes and blinds in my house. They installed drapes in our living room and dining room and then installed blinds in the entire house. They were efficient and the job was well done. Dennis at Sunshine Interiors is great. He's caring, tries to please the customer and will save you money, I highly recommend them! more

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland helped us to do a remodel on our home. What they do is that in their store they sell flooring, carpet tiling, they do draped bedding all that. But, in addition to what they sell they were able to project manage my remodel and it was big. We redid bathrooms and barn-wood on the walls and they repainted the interiors, they did glass work, tile work, counter-tops, pretty much remodeled all the cosmetic parts of the house. They were able to get the guys here working and organize when everyone needed to be here, they handled all aspects of that for me. It made the process better. Even though it is a stressful thing, it made it a lot less stressful than it could have been if I handled it all piece by piece by piece, so, we just did it all at once, decided that we'd just handle all the craziness at once instead of by parts. Trying to do that on my own would have been very hard. We have used them in the past for our carpets and tiles for personal property and for business and they have always been very happy with their service. We know the family, they are very personable and want to make things right. They are not going to do something crappy because they want to make sure you are satisfied with the work. Very attentive to all of it. The workmanship was excellent, all of it was excellent. If I lost my mind and decided to do this again, I would use them. They made it very simple, as easy as it could be. more

The whole process of dealing with the folks over at Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland was very good. I know Dennis and he really treated me well which was nice. Everything they promised they would do for me they delivered upon so I really have no way that I could not give them the highest marks. We were in need of new shutters so we went to Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland to check out their selection. Their selection was nice and their customer service couldn't have been better. They helped us pick out beautiful new shutters for our living room and we set an appointment for them to install the shutters. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous in my house. The new shutters look amazing and I'm so glad we chose Sunshine Interiors to install them. After the installation, they explained everything to us and it was a wonderful experience. I went in to Sunshine Interiors to see if I could find some drapery materials that would go with my house because I was redecorating and had no idea what I wanted. Dennis came to the house, and he immediately knew what I needed and just put them up today! And they look so absolutely beautiful. The installation process was fine. Fred came, and he was unobtrusive and did what he needed to do. When I asked him questions about different things, he talked to me while he worked and told me what was what. He was very good. Because the draperies are custom-made, it was obviously more expensive than something from Bed, Bath, and Beyond or Walmart or any other big place, but I couldn't find the ones that I wanted there. But the draperies are worth the money. If you've got the money to spend, do it. Nothing can beat their quality, and nothing can beat their customer service. more

This was the first time we have used Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. We had a good experience. We had new carpet put into new bedrooms and vinyl floor put into the rest of house. We had all new baseboards put in. It was a lot of work. They did a wonderful job. We talked to Steve and he's hopefully coming back to fix a few issues. Overall we are satisfied. Everyone was professional, thorough, courteous, and on time. Sunshine Interiors does a good job. I am a personal friend of Dennis so of course I went straight to him for this job. I highly recommend them for their superb service and workmanship. more

The guys over at Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland are just great. They provide an excellent product and excellent installers to install that product. The installers are always on time and they are incredibly efficient in their work. I really like that they do exactly what they say they are going to do and they don't try to be sneaky and do extra so they can charge you extra. If I ever have any questions they are more than happy to answer all of them. They are just a great service, and I am always incredibly happy with their work. more

We had shopped around before we decided on Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland and we chose them based off of their professionalism and price. They came to install window coverings in our home and they did a perfect job. The installers were professional and the person who came to measure was very pleasant. Their customer service is really really excellent and they are extremely efficient when I contacted them and requested an estimate, I got one almost immediately. And I live in a little bit of an unusual place, but that did not present any sort of obstacle at all for them. They still went above and beyond what they were supposed to do they got me prepared for the installation. Everybody in the company seemed to want to make sure that my deadline was met and I really appreciated that. more
