Did a poor job and didn't stand behind it 10/26/2018

If you are thinking about going to Sunshine Interiors DON'T. We went to them for flooring when we were building our house. While we were there we noticed flooring they had put down just as you enter the store. When we asked we were told it was vinyl. Never having dealt with vinyl before we asked about it and were told it was virtually "bulletproof ". They told us that it's in an area where it's walked on constantly and shows no wear. We told them it was going over concrete and were told there was no problem because they would "prep the surface". As soon as it was installed we noticed several areas that were bumpy and several areas with a white haze. When they came to look at it they said it was paint even though the haze was in areas where no paint was used. They did nothing to address the bumps. We are three years down the road now and have channels in the flooring where the saw cuts are in the concrete further proving that no prep was done but I'm sure Sunshine will just come up with another excuse. If I could give Sunshine zero stars I would. more

No Unexpected Issues 4/30/2018

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland did a lot of remodeling for me including window trimmings, area rugs, all that stuff. Everything went fine and there were no unexpected issues. I believe the price was fair and everyone I worked with was very professional and friendly. more

Bad Experience, Not Recommended 7/5/2017

This was my first time using Sunshine Interiors and its safe to say I will never go back. The whole experience was very low budget and not professional considering I gave them a big job of putting blinds on 36 windows. When I went to buy the blinds they tried to sell me on a valance I didn't like and was more expensive so I chose a different one at a lower price. Later the salesman called me up to get me to pay more than the agreed upon price when I declined he waved the higher price. Very odd. All the installers who came to my home were rude to both my mother and I. One of them tracked in lots of dirt and tried to cover it up. After installing the blinds, we discovered they incorrectly measured 3 blinds in the entry way. It took them an additional month to remeasure and install the correct size. Sunshine Interiors has very poor communication and it took them a month to bill me after all the work was done. more

I had a great experience with Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. They installed carpet and tile in the office, and they did a great job. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and there have been no problems since the installation. I loved their customer service and that they delivered on what they said they would. The employees were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. They have competitive pricing for the work that they do. This was my first time using them and I would use them again in the future if I need to. more

Quality Work! 6/30/2017

I had a great experience with Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. They installed new windows, shutters, and siding for me. I am very happy I chose Sunshine and I am very satisfied with the work that they did. The employees were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of work that they provide. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if I need to. more

Very Satisfactory 6/26/2017

I was satisfied with my total experience with Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. I have used them before, and this time I hired them to put in some blinds for me. They did everything that they said they were going to do, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future. more

Subcontractor told me to shut up and threaten to walk off job. 3/28/2017

The subcontractor that they used to install the carpeting in the two bedrooms actually told me to SHUT UP. We got into an argument over the fact that I wanted to leave my internet modem plugged in while they did the carpeting in the smaller bedroom/office. I work off the internet. He actually threatened to leave without doing the work unless I unplugged the tiny box because it would be in his way. SERIOUSLY??? Also, Sunshine Interiors told me 9am but the contractor 9-10am. I started to think that I was being stood up but they finally showed at 9:55am. I would strongly recommend not hiring this company. more

Top Quality Service and Workmanship 3/2/2017

We have been using Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland for several years now and they are outstanding! The people are great, the work is excellent, and I have never had any complaints at all. Their strengths are customer service, quality of work, and honoring timelines. They arrived on time everyday, ready to work, and the project was completed within the timeframe we agreed to. They installed carpeting and flooring throughout the entire house and I can't think of a single way they could improve. They are the only ones we trust with our home and we highly recommend them. more

Great Work, Very Pleased! 2/22/2017

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland installed new blinds on all the windows for us and this was the first time we have used them. I called them after my father recommended them and they did not disappoint at all. Polite and professional, their quality workmanship along with customer service made for an excellent experience overall. I agree with my father and highly recommend the company. They are the best! more

Fair price, prompt scheduling, wonderful people 1/17/2017

When we first moved in we wanted to put blinds and verticals all throughout the house, and a neighbor told us about Sunshine Interiors, so we contacted them for the job. They were able to schedule very quickly and the job didn't take very long, and their pricing was very competitive. A few years later we had them come back to replace some of the verticals because they weren't working properly, but that was after about 3 years of use. The installers both times have been wonderful people and overall we're very satisfied with our experience, we'd use them again. more

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland is absolutely, absolutely wonderful! I love Denis. He is just such a warm person and he has good suggestions and I would definitely, definitely recommend them. That was my first time using the company but I'm going to need some other work, so I will be using them again. I actually found them by looking things up online and I had other estimates from other companies but like I said, he was really, really a nice person and easy to work with and everything that you want from a service. more

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland provided window treatment for multiple homes, including plantation shutters. They did a really great job. I have also used their services for my personal home. I am very impressed with the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Great company 11/17/2016

I have used Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland for 30 years. The last time they come out and put up plantation shutters. They also repaired a room darkening shade for me. I have always had nothing but good service from Sunshine. I highly recommend them to everyone. more

The quality of their work is a 5. 11/1/2016

Everything was great with Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland. The quality of their work is very good and everything about that part of the work was a 5. The only feedback that i would have is that they need to tighten things up on the installation of the wood floors. I used them 2 times already and I keep on hiring them because overall, I'm pretty satisfied. more

Definitely 5 stars across the board! 10/19/2016

I have used Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland on several occasions before and I am very satisfied every time. My daughter has used them for years now, and she recommended them to me. I've had them do a lot of drapes before, but this last time, he came and installed some blinds for me. Every single time that he is out here he is always so kind and very helpful too. He is patient as well, which really makes a big difference in those situations. It is so important to have that cooperation when your making these decisions about your home. He has the best personality and always makes it such a pleasure to do business with. Overall, I am always very satisfied and feel they provide great service. I highly recommend Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland! more
