I was there today before 1:00- only a few cars there so I thought I would be in and out. Big mistake. Guess when there is only a few cars the employees slow down so as to stretch their hours. Most of the workers were sitting down and not into doing the work. They did a lousy job on my car. Didn't wipe the water spots off the rims, carpet not done well. Several areas of car not wiped off. Girl in office said they are in transition- new owner. (I had asked to speak to owner about it taking so long to finish my car up and everyone was sitting around)..\r

It could also be there is no one to answer to so they don't feel they have to do a good job. I won't be back until the new owner is on the job! Oh and they left their towels in my car. Maybe they were exhausted from the Flower Festival Weekend. Who knows.
